Forget the heavy and dull Valpolicella wines (especially the Amarone); this bottle is extraordinary. It offers great structure yet excellent drinkability. Unfortunately, we have less than a case in stock...
Note: The "ripasso" technique means the wine is "repassed" over the leftover Amarone skins after maceration.
