Lambrusco di Sorbara is one of the most beautiful branches of the Lambrusco family. Villa Picta makes Sognare Sognare as a classic method sparkling wine that does not try to imitate Champagne. Its strength is elsewhere: salt, freshness and that unmistakable Sorbara energy.
 
Rosato in colour, with violet and red fruit on the nose. The palate is savoury and fresh. Raw seafood and seafood risotto are exactly the kind of table it wants.
