Eloro

Turi, Salvatore Marino, makes this Nero d’Avola in the Noto area of southeastern Sicilia. He is an enologist who chooses low-intervention work, and the place gives him plenty to work with: sun, history, nature and a grape that can be generous without becoming heavy.
