One of the most unique Piedmontese grape varieties there is. We can define Grignolino as an "anarchic" grape. It has always lived in the shadow of its more famous siblings like Nebbiolo and Barbera and has always been a difficult variety to manage due to its sensitivity to diseases and its "rustic" tannin. Luca from Valfaccenda has found the right key, making this wine happy and convivial.
