Vino Rosso

Puglia has not always been treated kindly in wine conversations, but Mimmo and Jutta at Pantun show why that is unfair. Their Primitivo is greedy in the good sense: generous, never boring, and still light on its feet. Chapeau.
 
Medium-bodied, fresh and much easier to drink than many people expect from Primitivo. BBQ and goulash are both good ideas. There is a lot of fun with food here.
