The small family at La Visciola, Rosa, Piero, and Cecilia, besides producing some of the best red wines in Lazio with Cesanese, also make this remarkable white. It's perfect to drink now, but for those who know how to wait, it will be a masterpiece in a few years. It’s not Chablis, but remember that diversity in wine, as in life is a strength.
