A macerated yet agile wine. We really like the Manzoni Bianco by Foradori, one of the most renowned artisanal wineries in Italy.

This grape variety, fairly aromatic, is a cross between Pinot Bianco and Riesling. Wines that are too aromatic are often the most boring, but those that achieve balance with these grapes really stand out. Well done, delicious, bravi ragazzi.
