Spicy aromatic Marsala

Berbere starts with a Metodo Perpetuo wine made from Inzolia, Zibibbo, Grillo, and Catarratto, aged in Marsala cask. The first harvest was in 2003, and the winemaker is Vincenzo Angileri of Viteadovest in Marsala, Sicilia. Enoliti Botanici then adds cinnamon bark, clove, ginger, licorice, lemon peel, and rosemary.

Tonic and restorative is the note, and that is exactly how to treat it. Not a normal aperitivo. More of a small glass when you want something bitter, herbal, and alive.

A little Corkin family update ❤️

Our first little one has arrived, and we're over the moon!

As you can imagine, these first days are very special (and a little sleepless!), so until 15 August we may be a bit slower than usual in shipping your orders.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Supporting a small family business means more than you know, and we can't wait to be back to our normal pace very soon.

Grazie di cuore
