We are in southeastern Sicily, where the legendary winemaker Salvatore Marino (known as Turi to his friends) produces a delightful single-varietal Catarratto. A wine without chemicals, made by someone who knows chemistry very well.

This grape is native to the island and is the most widely cultivated white grape variety in the region. The 5 days of maceration give it complexity while still maintaining excellent freshness.
