We're not talking about the best one (that debate could go on forever 😅), but if we had to guess, Prosecco would be high on the list with more than 700 million bottles produced every year. A truly mainstream product. And we know: sometimes mainstream feels like the opposite of quality.

But then there are small producers like Massimo Coletti, who craft genuine hidden gems.

His Prosecco Frizzante (not Spumante, so the bubbles are softer and gentler) comes from a unique vineyard cultivated with an ancient method called Bellussera. It's a fascinating technique… and the wine is absolutely delicious.
