Savory Friuli

Friulano is not a flashy grape, and that is exactly the point. In this area, the magic comes from Ponca, the local soil that gives wines a salty, drinkable character. Mitja Sirk lets that place speak without dressing it up too much.
 
Low in alcohol, delicate on the nose and very salty on the palate. Like seawater, in the best possible sense. Open it with raw fish or delicate dishes.

Our first little one has arrived, and we're over the moon!
