An enologist with great honesty and knowledge, she produces identity-driven wines without using chemicals (apart from sulfur dioxide, of course)."Bianco che urla Vulcano" - White that screams Volcano. Tiny production. One of the most beautiful talents in the Sicilian wine scene. We'll definitely be hearing more about Sonia in the future.
