Salvatore Marino.
Turi Marino is from Pachino, the sun-soaked corner of Sicily famous for its cherry tomatoes. He spent years making wine at scale in California, Puglia, and Sicily before going his own way. He never liked what he made back then. Those years just gave him the skills to do it properly.
His family had been making bulk wine for generations. Turi picked that tradition up and gave it a direction. Now he farms a few hectares of Catarratto and Nero d'Avola, makes his own pasta, makes his own soap, and puts his moustache on every label.
No pretence, no shortcuts. Just wine with roots.
