Red

Wines produced from red berried grapes. The contact with the skins can vary from a few days to a week for an easily approachable wine. With the lengthening of the skin/must contact time, the structure of the wine also increases. Red wines suffer less from deviations and oxidation, therefore small quantities (or none) of sulfite are needed. The below list is ordered by body/structure (from the lightest).
