Bis-esto Vino Rosso

Grignolino is one of Piemonte’s most stubborn red grapes. It lived in the shadow of Nebbiolo and Barbera for a long time, partly because it can be difficult in the vineyard and naturally tannic in the glass. Luca at Valfaccenda found a joyful way to handle it, so Bis-esto feels more like a table companion than a lesson.
 
Ruby red, tannic and never high in alcohol. Open it with generous antipasti or first courses. It has corners, but the good kind.
