Tuttu

Tuttu means everything in Sicilian. For Dario at Il Mortellito, it is a wine of origins, made with the old idea that a vineyard did not need to be only one grape. Nero d’Avola is the main part, with other local grapes completing the picture. It is a tribute to farmers who used everything they had because the land was their whole world.
 
 Low in alcohol, gently tannic and aromatic without becoming heavy. Mediterranean food is the natural place for it, especially seafood. Simple, coastal, generous food.
