Sexy Barbera

Along with Nebbiolo and Dolcetto, Barbera is one of Piemonte's most famous red grape varieties. Known for its pronounced acidity (a characteristic increasingly sought after in wine, especially given climate change), this grape is undoubtedly one of the top players in the region. When produced by Poderi Colla, one of the most historic wineries in the Langhe, then it's even better.
