Elso Riserva

Daniele Ricci is one of the few producers who takes Croatina this seriously on its own. El Matt is the first step, but Elso Riserva is the bottle where he pushes further. Croatina can be rustic and tannic, and here that character is not hidden. It is shaped into a wine with real weight.
 
Charming rusticity, firm body and a finish that asks for food. Important meat dishes are the right direction. This is not the Croatina for a quick aperitivo.
