San Leto is Timorasso with the attitude of a serious red. The white Barolo line is not wrong if you follow the idea: a white wine with body, patience and no desire to behave like a baby. Daniele Ricci makes it for people who like whites with weight.
 
Aromatic herbs, vegetal notes and, with time, that hydrocarbon hint older Timorasso can show. Full on the palate. Pair it with risotto, white meats and properly tasty dishes.

Our first little one has arrived, and we're over the moon!
