Rispetto

Daniele Ricci has always been fascinated by Sauvignon, and Rispetto is his version away from the usual aromatic cliché. He planted it where Timorasso does not give its best, and the wine spends about a week on the skins. Riesling is also listed in the blend, so this is not standard Sauvignon at all.

More mineral than aromatic, medium-bodied and savoury. Open it for a stronger aperitivo, starters, pasta, or risotto. More serious than typical Sauvignon. You have been warned.
