Big boy Timorasso

Daniele Ricci saw what Gravner was doing in the 2000s and realised Timorasso could speak that kind of language in his own land. Il Giallo di Costa spends 99 days on the skins, so this is not a shy white. It is Timorasso with shoulders.

Full, tasty and built for proper food. Rich pasta, venison or cheese are the right direction. Our favourite is cheese, and not a tiny polite piece.

Our first little one has arrived, and we're over the moon!
