Solo MM

Solo is a single-vineyard masterpiece by Paolo Vodopivec. Crafted from 100% Vitovska grown on the winery's most prestigious hill, it undergoes an extensive skin maceration. Someone once made me smile by describing this wine as having a monumental salinity, and they were absolutely right. Call it an orange wine, call it what you will, but above all, it is simply VINO and undisputedly one of the greatest white wines in Italy. 

It possesses an extreme finesse and remarkable depth, yet the alcohol remains beautifully low. Destined to be the king of the dinner table, it pairs exquisitely with rich, succulent dishes, making vegetables, meats, and seafood alike truly sing.
