Pramartel

Pramartel is the younger-brother wine of Antoniotti’s Bramaterra. The vineyards are younger, and the blend is typical of Alto Piemonte: mostly Nebbiolo with Uva Rara and Vespolina. It gives you the Antoniotti world without asking you to start at the top shelf.
 
 Fruity and floral on the nose, then savoury on the palate, which is very much the feeling of this part of Piemonte. Open it with meat or mushroom dishes.
