Bis-lacco Vino Bianco

Luca and Carolina of Valfaccenda make this white in Roero. Bis-lacco is mostly Cortese with a little Arneis, and a tiny part sees skin contact for extra grip. It is a celebratory bottle in the best simple sense: put it on the table and it disappears quickly.
 
Fresh, salty and firm enough for food. Open it with antipasti, white risotto or chicken. The glass will probably empty faster than planned.
