Rosato is deeply rooted in Puglia, and Pantun treats it with the seriousness it deserves. This Primitivo rosato is not the dull poolside version. It is a regional wine with body, colour and a reason to be on the table.
 
Medium-bodied and made for food, especially a barbecue with friends. Serve it when you want rosato that can stand up, not disappear.
