Good old Alberto is located in La Morra (one of the most beautiful municipalities of Barolo appellation). His Langhe Nebbiolo is a refined wine and has a more graceful structure compared to other Nebbiolo wines from places like Serralunga and Monforte. It's a small, artisanal winery producing around 40,000 bottles. If a friend who has never tasted a Piemontese wine asked me to bring them a bottle that represents the region, this would be perfect.
