Italy's unrivaled Pinot Noir

Vincenzo Tommasi had the vision to plant Pinot Nero in a remote part of the Tuscan Apennines, in the province of Arezzo. Only 3 hectares, after years of studying where this sensitive grape could actually work. Podere della Civettaja is not trying to make Burgundy in Toscana. It is making Pinot Nero from its own mountain corner.

Expect elegance, but not softness without bones. There is a tannic grip that makes it feel Italian. Rich pasta and selvaggina, game meat, are the right kind of food.

A little Corkin family update ❤️

Our first little one has arrived, and we're over the moon!

As you can imagine, these first days are very special (and a little sleepless!), so until 15 August we may be a bit slower than usual in shipping your orders.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Supporting a small family business means more than you know, and we can't wait to be back to our normal pace very soon.

Grazie di cuore
