What a finess

Francesco is young, but he did not waste time. Before starting his own project, he ran the cellar at Bruno Giacosa, one of the names that matters in Piemonte. The vineyards are all in Neive, a village in Barbaresco where Nebbiolo can become serious and patient wine. This is not a Tuesday bottle.
 
Open it for something worth the occasion. We do not need to force a pairing here, just one small piece of advice: a wine like this deserves generous food. Be generous.

Our first little one has arrived, and we're over the moon!

As you can imagine, these first days are very special (and a little sleepless!), so until 15 August we may be a bit slower than usual in shipping your orders.
