Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco

Foradori makes this Manzoni Bianco with a bit of skin contact, but the wine still feels agile. Manzoni Bianco is a crossing of Pinot Bianco and Riesling, so it can be aromatic, but here it stays balanced. Not perfume for the sake of perfume. Just a white with grip, energy and a clear voice. Bravi ragazzi.
 
This is the kind of bottle we like with food that has spice, salt or ginger. Vegetarian curry, sushi, Asian dishes, all good places to go. Expect aroma, but also enough freshness to keep the glass moving.
