Elisabetta Foradori is one of the people who made Teroldego impossible to ignore. This Dolomiti Rosso is the kind of bottle many wine people think of when they hear traditional Teroldego from Trentino. Not because it is loud, but because it has a clear identity.
 
Teroldego gives body, spice and dark fruit. The palate is silky and enveloping, so food matters. Braised meat, steak and other serious meat dishes are the right direction.
