What can I say, I finally managed to eat at Una Pizza Napoletana in New York! No, I won’t tell you how I managed to get a table!
This pizzeria, together with I Masanielli in Caserta (I went there many years ago), is considered to have the best pizza in the world.
The pizza is really good, and it’s incredible that Chef Anthony himself makes them for you, personally, no one else.
The place is open only 3–4 days a week, and you can only have one pizza per customer, funny. I wanted to eat two, but they told me no 🤣
Nice wine list: apart from a few Champagnes, there are only wines from Campania, which is very cool.
What a great experience. I’ll be back soon (I hope).
