Luca and Carolina are one of the most famous entities in Roero (they also have a beautiful B&B). A blend of Arneis (10%) and Cortese (90%). A celebratory wine, you put it on the table, and in 5 minutes, it's gone. A tiny part undergoes skin contact, giving it an extra kick. Plenty of freshness and salinity. Our kind of Piedmont that we love.
