Our good friend Manuel crafts an "atypical" Nebbiolo. We are in the Barbaresco area, where the wine undergoes just a few days of skin contact (less than usual) resulting in tannins that are gentler than what one typically expects from Piemonte's king of grapes. The alcohol content is low, and only about 2,000 bottles of this wine are produced.

Taste & Experience

Watch out for its drinkability: it’s dangerously smooth! Surprisingly, it pairs well with fish dishes. We also enjoy drinking it chilled during the summer (after all, wine should always be served differently in warm weather).
