Drinking a good Barbaresco at reasonable prices is becoming increasingly difficult, but as they say, "seek and you shall find." Our good friend Manuel produces about 7,000 bottles of one of our favorite Piemonte wines, offering great value for money. We are in the small hamlet of Alba, San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, which, together with the towns of Treiso, Neive, and Barbaresco, completes the appellation. A wine for grand occasions. This vintage (what a vintage it is) can already be enjoyed right away.
