In this extreme terroir, where vines grow directly on rock, Vodopivec has dedicated himself to producing high-quality wines that reflect the rugged character of the land.
Although the wine undergoes maceration (6 months), it’s not your typical orange wine (even though we’ve placed it in that category). Unlike the bold colors and full-bodied profiles often associated with orange wines, this Vitovska shines through with its minerality and finesse, making it truly unique among Friuli wines.
