Montalcino, Toscana 🙌!
Marko visited Il Cocco yesterday: Located 610 meters above sea level, a great asset considering Montalcino's rising temperatures, Marko had an absolute blast learning about their wine production process. The owner, Giacomo, cultivates 3 hectares of vineyards and produces around 10.000 bottles of wine per year, including the famous Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Passito, that they make without adding any sugar.
But Il Cocco is more than just a winery. It's also an Agriturismo, where you can spend a few nights in the typical "casolare toscano".
