Three full days in the Prosecco land!
We were in Veneto where Marko visited a few winemakers, some new and some old acquaintances. Massimo Coletti, Mondragon, Matteo Bisol. Prosecco is one of the most-sold Italian wines abroad at the moment, with almost 700 million bottles sold under this appellation. Processo is a wine with a great tradition but only with a few rare cases of quality. One that reflects perfectly Corkin vision is Naturalmente Frizzante from Casa Belfi.
