A little trip to Modena - Now, here there is the very famous restaurant of chef Massimo Bottura, called Osteria Francescana, which was voted as one of the best restaurant in the world a few years ago. Of course, Marko didn't go there 😂.
We visited the hills around Modena where the legendary Lambrusco is produced; this is its birthplace. You know how much we value this wine... well, it may or may not be to everyone's liking, but it's one of the most unique wines in the world.
We also visited Max from Podere Sottoilnoce and some of his friends. Marko had also the opportunity to get to know a very interesting white grape more closely: Trebbiano Modense. Wow, it has really pronounced acidity.
In addition to grapes, these hills are dedicated to the meadows for cows that will provide the milk for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Lambrusco + Parmigiano Reggiano + Mortadella = WOW!
