Enoliti Botanici is a project reborn in Sicilia by Lorenza, Pietro, and Giuseppe.
The guys select wines from artisanal vignerons from the island. Lorenza, a graduate pharmacist, and herbalist selects the botanicals and roots that are cold-infused in the wine.
No addition of pure alcohol, sugar, or other adjuvants.
